Hunter Woolfolk is the Co-President of DOCUmation, focusing on sales and marketing to expand and build the company. He started as a full-time sales representative after earning a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Abilene Christian University in 2009, expanding DOCUmation one sale at a time. He lives and breathes the DOCUmation values of Customer, Character and Community. He ensures that the people within DOCUmation align with these values and are driven by success and excellence. Hunter is supported by trusted leaders who share his passion for exceptional and customer-first service. The employees of DOCUmation are passionate about the work they put in and the customers they serve.
DOCUmation earned a spot in the 2021 and 2022 Best Companies to Work for in Texas. It shows their dedication to investing in the career and personal growth of their employees. When he is not working, is giving back to the community that has supported DOCUmation for over 30 years. He is a board member of the Hidalgo Foundation of Bexar County and is dedicated to being a respected husband, father and leader.
Preston Woolfolk is the Co-President of DOCUmation, focusing on the business’ operations. He is at the intersection of finance, human resources, information technology and relationship management.
He joined DOCUmation after earning his Political Science degree from Abilene Christian University in 2010. He started as a business analyst, worked his way up to managed IT, and later took on the role of Co-President alongside his brother. Preston values consistency, commitment, and quality. Innovation is also at the core of Preston’s values, and it is one factor that makes DOCUmation unique. They embrace changing technology and extend their innovation to their clients through their products, solutions and service.
Preston believes in using technology to empower customers to be the best they can be. He believes there are no shortcuts to quality but rather using their tools and resources to get it done the right way. When he is not operating DOCUmation, Preston is supporting social services, nonprofits and encouraging employees to get involved in the community. He enjoys snowboarding and spending quality time with his wife and three sons.
