Silencing Biases in Leadership Panel Discussion

A panel discussion about women in leadership. The topic covers how professional goals may conflict with the cultural expectations placed on women, and the complexity of life choices for them in the workplace, including struggles in challenging such social assumptions.

The discussion will include St. Mary's students and co-authors of the book "Silencing Gender, Age, Ethnicity and Cultural Biases in Leadership."
